👉 Select E- office

👉 Select Medical reimbursement

👉 Fill up user id( Dise code) and password

👉Select concerned teacher

👉 Fill up carefully the medical reimbursement proposal page and upload concerned scanned then convert into PDF format copies

👉 Check and Submit

👉 Print the submitted copy

👉 Keep it along with the other DDO signed copies and hospital agency issued copies untill bill submission at the STO

2 Essentiality certificate

3 Discharge Summary

4 Final bill

5 Medicine bills

6 Consolidated bills

7 Proceeding order copy given by DME to the particular hospital.
