ప్రభుత్వ ఉపాధ్యాయులకు వ్యక్తిగత అభ్యాసన శిక్షణ( CLEP 2 )
ఆంగ్ల మాధ్యమం భోధించు ప్రాధమిక పాఠశాలల ఉపాధ్యాయులకు 04.04.20 నుండి అభ్యాస అప్లికేషన్ మరియు AP SCERT వారి యూట్యూబ్ ఛానెల్ ద్వారా శిక్షణా కార్యక్రమం సూచనలు, షెడ్యుల్ మరియు ఎలా కనెక్ట్ కావాలో ఉత్త్వర్వులు విడుదల.
ప్రభుత్వ ఉపాధ్యాయులకు రెండో విడత వ్యక్తిగత అభ్యాసన శిక్షణను పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖ చేపట్టింది. సమగ్ర అభ్యాసన మెరుగుదల కార్యక్రమం కింద ఈనెల 4 నుంచి 22 వరకు దీన్ని నిర్వహించనున్నారు. 1-6 తరగతుల ఉపాధ్యాయులకు దీన్ని తప్పనిసరి చేయగా మిగిలినవారికి ఐచ్ఛికం చేశారు. వచ్చే విద్యాసంవత్సరం నుంచి పాఠ్యపుస్తకాల మార్పు, ఆంగ్ల మాధ్యమం ప్రవేశపెట్టనున్నందున వీరికి తప్పనిసరి చేశారు. ఉపాధ్యాయులకు వెబ్‌నార్‌, అభ్యాస యాప్ ద్వారా ఈ శిక్షణనిస్తారు. రోజువారీ శిక్షణపై పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించి ఉపాధ్యాయుల సామర్థ్యాలను అంచనా వేస్తారు. శిక్షణ అనంతరం తుది పరీక్ష నిర్వహించి కోర్సు పూర్తి చేసినట్లు ధ్రువపత్రం ఇస్తారు.
CLEP 2 ట్రైనింగ్ కీలక అంశాలు:
📚 1 నుండి 6 తరగతులు బోధించే ఉపాధ్యాయులు అందరికీ ఈ శిక్షణ ఖచ్చితం. మిగిలిన వారికి ఐచ్చికం.
📚ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో పాల్గొనేందుకు ఉపాధ్యాయులు అందరూ అభ్యాస యాప్ ను డౌన్లోడ్ చేసుకోవాలి లాగిన్ సమస్యలు ఎదురైతే సదరు జిల్లా AMO గారిని సంప్రదించి లాగ్ ఇన్ పాస్వర్డ్ పొందాలి.
📚మండల స్థాయిలో లో ఎం ఈ ఓ లు కోర్స్ పర్యవేక్షణ చేయాలి. KRP-SRP-DRP లు కార్యక్రమంలో వారు పాల్గొంటూ టీచర్ల కు అవసరమైన సహాయం అందించాలి.
📚ఎవరైనా ఉపాధ్యాయులు స్మార్ట్ ఫోన్ లేక ఈ శిక్షణలో పాల్గొనకపోతే కోవిడ్ సెలవుల అనంతరం శిక్షణ పూర్తి చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది. సదరు డేటాను ఎం ఈ ఓ లు సేకరించాలి.
📚రోజు వారీ కోర్స్ మెటీరియల్ పూర్తి చేయటం తదుపరి రోజువారి పరీక్షలు పూర్తి చేయటం, కోర్స్ అనంతరం course completion ఎగ్జామ్ పూర్తి చేయటం తప్పనిసరి.వారికి కోర్స్ కంప్లీషన్ సర్టిఫికెట్ అందచేయబడుతుంది.
