School Education - Mana Badi- Nadu Nedu - opening of Bank account In Favour of Headmaster, concerned field engineer and 05 parent committee members - instructions Issued- Reg. Ref: Go Ms. No.87 School Education (Prog.II) dept., dt: 30-11-2019 With reference to the subject cited, it is to inform that, the Government have introduced Navaratnalu. In this connection, Manabadi Nadu nedu programme was Introduced in Education department. In this connection instructed to open a bank account with regard to Nadu Nedu Purpose for making cash transactions As per Sub rule (e) of rule XI of Go.Ms.No.87 School Education (Prog.In) dept.dt 30-11-2010 "the parents committee shall decide five members with three women members) from the parents committee (PC) for cheque signing authority. These five members shall be from elected parent members. Besides these five members, the HM and the field Engineer as authorized by respective implementing agency will also be joint account signators and among five parents committee members two are belongs to SC/ST" In view of the above the Mandal Educational Officers and Deputy Educational officers in the District are instructed to all the Headmasters concerned to open a bank account basing on the instructions issued in Go.Ms. No.87 School Education (Prog IT) dept, dt 30-11-2019 on or before 28-12-2019 and submit 1" page of pass book, Account number along with IFSC code and submit compliance report to the undersigned District Educational Officet,
