EGGS PHASE TIME SPELLS: Enrolment no of egg working days in a Phase
EGGS PHASE-1 CURENT MONTH 1-7TH
EGGS PHASE-2. CURENT MONTH 8-15TH
EGGS PHASE-3. CURENT MONTH 16-23rd
EGGS PHASE-4. CURENT MONTH 24th to 28/29/30/31st
EGG RECEIPT ENTRY should be in the following time spells compulsory for all phases:-
SUPPLIER TIME PERIOD:-
Phase-1: 26th to end of the previous month
Phase -2: 4th to 7th of the present month
Phase-3: 12th to 15th of the present month
Phase-4: 20th to 23rd of present month
CHIKKIS PHASE TIME SPELLS: Enrolment no of Chikki working days in a Phase)
CHIKKIS PHASE-1: CURENT MONTH 1st to 15TH
CHIKKIS PHASE-2 : CURRENT MONTH 16th to 28/29/30/31ST
CHIKKI RECEIPT ENTRY should be in the following time spells compulsory for all 2 phases
SUPPLIER TIME PERIOD:-
Phase-1: 26TH to end of the previous month.
Phase -2: 11TH to 15TH of the present month
AYAH & WATCHMAN ATTENDANCE CONFIRMATION:-
HM LOGIN:-25th TO 26th
MEALS CONFIRMATION BILLS:-
HM SUBMITTED TO THE MRC FROM 1st TO 2nd
EGG BILLS & CHIKKI BILLS CONFIRMATION:-
EVERY MONTH 28th TO 30th (after completion of 4th phases eggs Received)
EVERY MONTH 28th TO 30th (after completion of 2nd phases Chikki Received)
Generate the Acknowledgement in EGG Phase-4 Receipt report of precedingmonth in the IMMS app on 1st of succeeding month.
Generate the Acknowledgement in CHIKKI Phase-2 Receipt report of precedingmonth in the IMMS app on 1st of succeeding month.
