How to Cadre strength updation in CFMS Website & DDO Request

PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW ..FOR UP GRADATION OF CADRE STRENGTH WITH NEW UPGRADED SCHOOL ASST.(Telugu/Hindi/PD) posts:

✳ To update cadre strength in CFMS and DDO request ..

✳First go to CFMS help desk..

✳login..

♦Select HRMS/ Select Employee issue..

♦Select Cadre strength issues

❇Select DISTRICT,DDO CODE, MANDAL

✅ Fill the Short Description as Post Upgradation.

❇Fill the description as request for the upgradation of Post...(With full details..Post wise..Cadre wise)

❇Attach (upload) DEO 's Progs.copy, Annexure, SLO fly leaf, employee details (. Treasury Id No. & CFMS id no, Bank Account, IFSC code etc.),

❇ finally submit.

🔹 Ticket will be

Raised and we will receive an Incident No.

❇ After resolving the issue..Again we will receive message.

✳Then meet the STO and upgrade the cadre strength..

Delete old post..And add School Asst. Post.

♦ Cadre strength updation is done..
