As per the Programme Proposal by UNICEF on Conducting Meena Session in Upper Primary Schools for the classes of 6th and 7th of 22 Mandals.
In 1st Phase 24 episodes of Meena Prapancham Broadcast completed i.e in January 23rd to March 25th 2019 and Now phase 2 initiated from November 1st to 18th February 2020 with 40 episodes of Meena Prapancham.
We request you to kindly instruct and ensure all the HMs and Point Teachers of Each school who have been trained in Meena Prapancham should facilitate these sessions as per schedule enclosed. .
Meena Prapancham Broad cast details:-
1. All India Radio Frequency level at 837 ( Primary Weekly twice) time of broadcast at 2.50 to 3.05 pm on given dates
2. FM Rainbow frequency level at 102 (Repeat episodes weekly twice) of broadcast at 2.50 to 3.05 pm on given dates
3 Session should follow as total 45 minutes (15 minutes preparation, 15 minutes broadcast / live listening and 15 minutes review)
4. Date wise broadcast schedule enclosed for necessary instructions and calendar to follow
Total Session Slot at 2.40 to 3.25 pm MEENA Broadcast slot at 2.55 to 3.05 pm
